X-presso is our entry level DocuShare solution. X-presso links directly to your Xerox MFP as well as Microsoft Word,Excel and Outlook. Your team can save scans, emails and documents together in a well organised and searchable system.

There are two ways to invest in X-presso:
X-Presso Machine - We provide a pre-loaded DELL server and you locate it in your own office on your internal network. We fully manage it remotely so you don't need to worry about backups, upgrades or administration. X-presso Machine is available for a monthly charge of £24+VAT per user.
X-Presso Cloud - Your documents are stored securely on our cloud servers and accessed by your team online. This 'Software as a Service' (SAS) model gives you an ultra-low cost solution that can be expanded immediately as you grow. X-presso Cloud is available for a monthly charge of £14+VAT per user.
You may purchase X-presso directly from us, or from your preferred Xerox WorkCentre reseller.
